Pilot interest data
Effective September 30, 2026. This notice covers the website interest form. It is not the privacy policy for a released Vidensia app.
What you submit
Your email, device choice, kind of content, publishing cadence, and explicit permission for pilot follow-up are stored with submission and expiry dates. The form accepts no video, audio, transcript, password, social account, or payment information.
Who handles it and why
Tyler, building Vidensia, operates this interest list to evaluate pilot fit and contact interested creators about the pilot. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores entries in D1. No contact data is sent to Runpod. Registration does not guarantee an invitation or access date. There is no automated email or newsletter subscription.
Retention and withdrawal
Entries expire from the active list after 90 days; maintenance runs every five minutes. You can use your private withdrawal code on the main page to remove an entry sooner. The code is shown after submission and saved in your browser's local storage when available. Keep a copy if you plan to change browsers. It is never placed in a URL.
Each code controls one entry. If you register more than once with different codes, withdraw each entry. Entries are not email-verified. If you receive pilot follow-up, you can also reply to request removal. This describes active-list removal; infrastructure logs and provider recovery copies can have separate retention.
Browser and infrastructure
The form stores only the withdrawal code locally. It does not add marketing cookies or behavioral analytics. Cloudflare processes request metadata, including IP addresses, to serve the site and rate-limit submissions; form fields and withdrawal codes are not intentionally written to application logs. Cloudflare's own infrastructure policies apply to that processing.
Separate choices
Pilot contact permission does not authorize screen recording, source-footage sharing, testimonials, or Community Learning. Each requires its own choice. Source footage stays local in the current app alpha.
